Corey and his team are very professional.  They arrived when they said they would, answered all our questions, completed the work, and cleaned up the entire work area.  All of the team was very friendly.

The concrete slabs we had them pour were 48x40 and 60x30.  One per day, a few days apart.  They were cut the day after the pour.

Sunderman helped us with the site prep and fill before the building and then came back after it was done and got the concrete poured! When I first contacted Corey, Owner of Sunderman Concrete he was able to come right out to my property which is 90 miles away from his business to discuss the garage project.… I was very impressed by his business manner and demeanor… I felt very comfortable from the very start that he would be able to do the job that I needed… We encountered many issues from the beginning, having to deal with the planning director from the Township that we were in..from Change in size of the building, etc ..I was unable to get the timing for the plumber to come in and put in floor heat for the slab… Corey said their team would be able to do that and gave me a very reasonable quote  The biggest issue was running out of time before winter and cold weather was coming. Corey continued to stay in touch with me as we worked through the issues and he kept me on his schedule.. We stayed on schedule he came as planned with his team I felt they did a wonderful job and great clean up of area.I was very pleased. I will probably update my review in a year from now And how the concrete is holding up… I have already recommended him to several of my friends that are planning to do a building
